Apply structured data to ensure optimal search visibility for our content library. * **Analytics & Measurement**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess content effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement. Deliver periodic reports on content usage and engagement metrics. * **Content Refresh & Modernization**: Regularly audit and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Retire deprecated content and introduce modern content formats to better suit user preferences. **Core Qualifications:** * Academic grounding in technical communications, English, journalism, or a similar field. * A proven background in technical writing within a fast-paced technological environment, preferably within the cybersecurity industry. * Extensive knowledge of documentation tools and content management systems (CMS). Familiarity with tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar platforms is highly desirable. * Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
