Prior professional journey in producing technical collateral, either via direct employment or independent contracts, is essential. Ideal traits encompass: * Mastery of the English language, encompassing technical vocabulary, with strong editing and formatting expertise. * Practical knowledge of documenting software development methodologies, languages, and frameworks. Prior contribution to actual coding efforts, or a keen understanding of project requirements for a programming department, would constitute a strong asset. * Capacity to work with cross-functional project teams in agile delivery, and to work solo in fast-moving iterations. * Fluency with documentation tools, collaboration platforms, and version control systems. * Experience crafting for varied mediums like video, interactive simulation, or training platforms. **Compensation Structure & Firm Culture** The position is offered on a contract basis, 20-30 hours per week, with remuneration commensurate with skills and portfolio depth.
