- We're looking for a detail-oriented technical writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers understand and effectively use our technology. We are seeking someone who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly materials for diverse audiences. This role is based on-site in our Aurora, CO office. **Core Responsibilities** * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides. * Collaborate with product development, engineering, and support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation. * Write clear and concise content for various audiences, from technical experts to end-users. * Develop and maintain documentation style guides and templates. * Participate in documentation reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. * Manage and organize documentation repositories. * Develop diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding of technical concepts. * Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. * Keep up-to-date with the latest product updates and technical developments. * Contribute to the development and improvement of documentation processes and tools. **Required Proficiencies** * A scholastic background in technical communication, computer science, or a related field is favored. * A demonstrated history in technical writing, preferably within the software or technology industry. * Mastery of technical writing principles and documentation methodologies. * Proficiency in documentation tools and technologies, such as Confluence, Markdown, and Git. * Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitudes. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational talent. * Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. **Ideal Attributes** * Knowledge of software development life cycles. * Experience with agile development methodologies. * Familiarity with version control systems and documentation workflows. * Aptitude to understand and explain complex technical concepts. * Experience working with API documentation. * Certifications in technical writing or related fields are a plus. **Benefits** We understand that benefits are a large factor in career decisions.
