A knack for detail, combined with a passion for technological innovation, will make you a valuable asset. **Responsibilities:** * Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting steps. * Collaborate with engineers and product managers to grasp intricate technical aspects. * Transform technical information into clear and concise written content tailored for diverse audiences. * Develop API documentation for software and hardware components. * Edit and proofread documentation to maintain high standards of clarity and accuracy. * Ensure that all documentation adheres to industry standards and organizational guidelines. * Implement changes as products and technology evolve, keeping documentation up-to-date. * Produce training material for internal and external stakeholders. * Assist in creating diagrams and illustrations to aid understanding. * Adhere to version control and documentation management practices. **Background Qualifications:** * Proven history as a Technical Writer with at least 3 years of involvement. * Strong command of technical concepts with the ability to learn and articulate complex information. Some proficiency in chemical processes and mechanical design a bonus. * Excellent communication capabilities both verbal and written. Your ability to liaise with various team members and deliver effective content is essential. * Proficiency in documentation tools and software, such as Adobe Technical Communication Suite, MadCap Flare, or similar programs. Knowledge of DITA and other markup languages would be favorably considered. * A degree in a related field.
